Almotamar.net - Eighty-eight members of the Yemeni congregation for Reform Party in Yemeni (Islah) have announced their resignation from the party in districts of Al-Arsh and Radaa in Al-Baidha province in Yemen and their joining of the General People’s Congress Party (GPC).
The joining of members of the Islah to the GPC came in the wake of what they described as of floundering of the Joint Meeting Parties (JMP) and the Islah party turning against its principles and goals and its adoption of dubious stands at the expense of history of the Islah and its national struggle. While the President of the republic presents repeated initiatives in response to demands of the parties of the JMP the stand of the JMP is still going towards the chaos and coup on the constitutional legitimacy and the democratic process.
