The Director General of Tarim District, Mr. Abdulkarim Babtat, chaired a meeting today of the Center's Board of Directors. Furthermore, the meeting discussed the secondment of several technicians to work at the Center to strengthen its technical and administrative capabilities, thereby contributing to improved service quality. Finally, the meeting reviewed the latest developments related to the Center's operations, identified key challenges, and proposed solutions. The Director General of Tarim District, Mr. Abdulkarim Islam Babtat, emphasized the vital role of the Agricultural Export Center in supporting the agricultural sector, describing it as the cornerstone for improving the quality of agricultural products and enhancing their competitiveness in the market. For his part, the Executive Director of the Agricultural Export Center, Dr. Ali Amroun, reviewed the administration's most prominent efforts during the past period and presented the programs and activities included in the operational plan for the new season. These programs aim to improve the center's performance and develop its services. He affirmed the Executive Management's commitment to implementing the meeting's recommendations to enhance the center's operations and provide better services to the agricultural sector.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Board of Directors issued a number of decisions and recommendations aimed at strengthening the center's institutional performance and providing the necessary resources for a successful agricultural season. This is expected to contribute to boosting agricultural exports and supporting farmers in Tarim District and Wadi Hadramawt.
