Donor's final statement asserts to support Yemen's transitional stability program

Donors' countries and organization asserted Tuesday its obligation to support Yemen's efforts aiming to implement the Gulf initiative's terms and the transitional stability program.
The statement that issued by the co-chairmanship of the Riyadh donor meeting expressed the donors' welcome for the transitional program for development and stability for 2012 – 2014 and their commitment to offer the overall needed support to meet the humanitarian needs in Yemen.
The statement also affirmed that another meeting for donors will be held after the end of the transitional period and is to be devoted to gathering the necessary financial aid required to finance the medium and long term's development needs.
The importance of activating the partnership between the Yemeni government and donors in order to prop up investment was also included in the statement.
