Governing body of Shibam local today held its fifth regular meeting for the current year 2012.
The meeing was chaired by Shibam District Local council Secretary
General of Mr. Mohsen Fahmi Bin Talib. It discussed allocations for
social development projects from the Office of theWadi and Sahraa
District office of the Ministry of Oil The session adopted and approved allocations for social development projects worth (12,881,315) including one million riyals for Al-ittifaq club of Al-hautah, another one million for Shibam Club and (10881315) to complete Fatima school for basic education project in Shibam city which was affected by flood disaster in October 2008.
The Governing body also confirmed to follow-the ongoing projects in the District with other relevant authorities..
