Workshop on the preparations and readiness for natural disasters today concluded its activitiesin Mukalla.
The aim of the workshop was to form forming a community awareness and preparedness planning a strategic action to be taken during such disasters in any of teh districts. It eas organized by the project to rebuild the early living for the provinces of Hadhramaut and Al-Mahara and in cooperation with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). The workshop was attended by twenty-two participants from the civil defense departments, planning, social figures and leaders from districts local council.The closing ceremony was attended by Dr. Al-abd Rubeyah Ba-moussa Director-General Office of Public Health, Population, Eng. Mohamed Al-daylami Social Fund for Development Executive Director and Abdullah bin Hamel Mukalla District Local Council member/Services Committee Chairman.
