SpecialTraining course in designing and preparation of proposals for project funding began today in Mukalla city. It is being organized by the coordinating council of civil society organizations of Hadhramaut and funded by Oxfam. The trainers during the course will receive scientific knowledge and skills in the development of plans for projects funding. The course is being attended 16 participants from Coordinating Council in Mukalla and Al-gheil. .
