UNDP completes plan to support government's efforts

United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) revealed Monday the preparation of an integrated plan to support the National Reconciliation Government's efforts.
The statement made by UNDP Country Director Randa Abu al-Hassan during her meeting with Planning and International Cooperation Minister Mohammed al-Sa'adi in the presence of the UNDP Resident Representative Jens Toyberg-Frandzen.
Abu al-Hassan said that the plane that has been completed aimed to meet with the requirements of the transitional phase, promote the good governance's components and to support the electoral and democratic process in Yemen.Toyberg-Frandzen asserted the UNDP keenness to continue to present all kind of available aid to assist Yemen to overcome the critical situation Yemen is experiencing currently and enhance the country's development.The International Cooperation Minister stressed the importance of mobilizing regional and international support to help Yemen to overcome the critical transitional phase, praising the UN assistance in supporting the government's efforts in this regard
