Vice President receives phone call from British official

Vice President Abdo Rabbo Mansour Hadi received on Friday evening a phone call from British Foreign Secretary William Hague.
The British official expressed the congratulations of his government on the signing of the Gulf-brokered initiative and its implementation mechanism.Hague said that his country’s government monitors closely ongoing events in Yemen, hoping the new government secure the stability and security in the capital Sana'a and all provinces and districts in the country.He also said that the British government is looking forward to the success of its partnership with Yemen’s new government against terrorism and the al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula.
For his part, the Vice President highly appreciated the continuous interest of the British government to ensure the security and stability of Yemen's unity and its democracy.
