Al-suweiri zone inTarim District today held Mass wedding for 52 groom and bride.
The wedding festivals was organized by the local people of the area. The celebration took place in the afternoon with groom in the forefront, popular local games abd cultural dances of shabwani . The festivals and wedding ceremony was organized by Al-suweiri locality with the participation of a large number of enthusiasts and lovers of popular local dances and attended by the grooms, Authority representatives, local dignitaries, social personalities and lovers of the color of the Yemen arts and culture.Aqd Al-nikaah ( one matrimonial party expresses willing consent to enter into the marriage and the other party expresses acceptance of the responsibility in the assembly of the marriage ceremony)
for the grooms was carried out at the Suweiry Great Mosque in the presence of scholars, people of th locality and social figures in the region. The organizers are also planing a program that will include an evening festivals with poets giving punctuated paragraphs of poems and tomorrow afternoon different types of local dances will be held specially for ladies that will include all relatives od grooms and the brides as well as those invited to attend.
