Yemen seeks int'l support for Gulf's initiative

Deputy Foreign Minister Ali Mothana discussed here on Sunday with accredited ambassadors to Yemen and United Nations Resident Coordinator the efforts to back the Gulf's initiative.
They also reviewed the possible means to overcome the current political crisis in the country.
In the meeting, Mothana acquainted the diplomats and UN Resident Coordinator with the latest developments in Yemen and efforts made by President Ali Abdullah Saleh to put an end to the crisis via a responsible and open dialogue.On the other hand, Deputy Foreign Minister held talks with Spanish ambassador to Yemen Francisco Javier Hergueta Garnica over the aspects of joint cooperation between the two friendly countries and ways of enhancing them.
