Yemen News Agency learned that President Ali Abdullah Saleh has directed the government to approve adding YR 20 billion to the country's general budget for facing flood catastrophe.
This sum is considered the first phase for facing effects of the catastrophe resulted in heavy rains and floods in the Yemeni eastern areas and caused great humanitarian and material damages.
