Mukalla Airport receives more than 3000 passenger and 805 flights in the first quarter of this year

Mukalla International Airport received 3964 passengers and 805 flights domestic as well as international in the first quarter of year 2011.
The deputy airport director Khaled Ahmed Al-shaef told saba news
agency that the flights were distributed among 196 international
flights and 609 domestic.He said that the number of arrivals through the airport in Mukalla during the first three months of this year January February March reached 13 thousand and 548, while the total number of departures were 15 thousand and 551. Indicating that the quantities of merchandise which had been emptied and the cargo at the airport amounted to about 58 691 kg.
