Chairman of Shoura Council impregnable to turn against constitutional legitimacy

Chairman f the Shoura Council in Yemen Abdul Aziz Abdul Ghani has confirmed Wednesday that the province of Taiz is impregnable for any attempt for a coup against the constitutional legitimacy and the return to pre the revolution, the republic, the unity and pluralism.
That came in a speech he delivered at a meeting of leaderships of political parties and organizations and civil society organisations in Taiz province held on Wednesday, attended by Deputy Premier for Defence ands Security Affairs in the caretaker government Dr Rashad al-Alimi, governor of Taiz, Deputy Education Minister, leader of the Baath Party and a number of the shoura council and parliament members and leaders of the local authority in the province. The Shoura Council Chairman said Taiz governorate has an asset in defending the revolution and the republic and supporting the n Yemeni people struggle for independence. This makes it difficult for those who intend to carry out a coup of the minority against the majority, which is a coup against the constitution and the law. Mr Abdul Ghani has pointed out that Yemen was facing a conspiracy for dividing it and the return to the stage of pre the republic, the unity and democracy within the frame of conspiracies targeting the Arab region. Abdul Ghani has emphasised the state’s commitment to legitimate demands of the youth in the squares of the sit-in and its commitment to preserve heir security and safety and to not shed one drop of blood.He said there must be differentiation between demands and ambitions of the youth and those who want to take advantage of the youth for achieving private purposes, calling on the educational leaderships to stand against attempts of the some to impede the educational process in some schools of the province and leaving student outside schools. During the meting there were addresses delivered for the political parties and organisations and civil society organisations talking part in the meeting have affirmed the significance of enhancing the cohesion and national alignment to confront the current challenges and protect the national constants and abort any conspiratorial schemes seeking to stage a coup on the constitutional legitimacy and drive the homeland to violence and anarchy.
