75% of Al-saaleh residential complex in Mukalla is ready

The percentage of achievement in the construction of Al-saleeh residential complex project in Mukalla Hadhramaut province. reached 75%. The housing project is for low income people, will cost an estimated two billion and 135 million riyals, with government funding. It includes about 400 apartments distributed on twenty building, each building consists of five floors and each floor has four four apartments . The project is one of the housing projects constructed specially for low income people, and was built on directive orders of His Excellency President Ali Abdullah Saleh. Hadhramaut Governor Khalid Saeed Aldeini accopmanied by Provincial Undersecretary of Technical Affairs, Engineer Fahad Saeed Menhali, Provincial Assistant Undersecretary Ali Omar Bahisami and Chairman of the Development Committee and Planning and Finance in the Local Council Saleh Abboud Alomgi and Chairman - local council Committee for Social Affairs Dr. Abdul-bagi Al-huthrey today inspected the work flow going on in the residential project. They were briefed by the engineers and technicians on the ongoing work currently in progress including the final finishes, tiling, painting, installation of sanitary appliances, electrical and other lines of pieces of work. The completion of the project is expected to be in August this year. Governor Al-deini expressed his satisfaction of the ongoing work in this vital project which will contribute to the provision of housing for low income people. He stressed the importance of redoubling efforts towards the installation of the infrastructure projects of water, sanitation, electricity and communications system for this residential project, so as to accomplish this project in an integrated manner and achieve all the desired objectives.
