The republican decree No 69 for 2011 was issued on Sunday appointing Jamal Abdullah Yahya al Salal as Yemen's permanent representative to the United Nations in New York There were also two republican decrees issued: the decree No 70 for 2011 appointing Omer Abdul Aziz Abdul Ghani as deputy minister for Planning and International Cooperation, and the decree No 71 for 2011 appointing Yusuf Muhammad Abdullah as head of the General Authority for Books.
