Commission for Tenders approves rehabilitation of Al-rayyan power station

Tender Board Higher Committee in its meeting today chaired by of Mohammed Junaid Ahmed Chairman Tenders commission , in Sana'a, approved tenders for five projects in the areas of roads, electricity, fisheries sector at a cost of 12 billion and 775 million riyals. Tenders approved were for Al-fagar road project, included in it ( Al-farsh branch -Almabdaa - Al-sharam Market with (37.5 km) long , Rababa - Rehab (31.3 km) in length , Bab-alashaab /karaabah section lwith (21.4 km) in length , Sunday market - Beit al-Zaidi branch (1.9 km) in length , and Wednesday Market /Al-barq - Al-mebhaha (5.18 km) length. These projets are funded by he government funding at a total length of 97.4 kilometers costing 3 billion 893 million riyals, In the area of It also approved the tender rehabilitate Al Rayyan power station in Hadhramaut coast at a cost of 21,953,876 euros, with government funding. The Committee also endorsed tenders for a High dvisory services for the construction of fishing port and shelters for fishing boats at Al-sheher city in Hadhramout Governorate. The project is in its second phase and costing 1,538,382 dollars with funds from the Arab Fund. The Higher Commission also referred a number of topics due to non-completion of its procedures in accordance with the Law of Tenders No. 23 of 2007 and its executive procedures. It also delayed a number of topics for further study
