Yemen and UN discussed on Sunday the situation in Saada province and the role of the UN in supporting development in the city as the ceasefire goes on.

In his meeting with UNDP Resident Representative in Yemen Pratibha Mehta , Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al-Qirbi appreciated the UN efforts in supporting development efforts in Yemen, in particular in Saada province.He also affirmed that the Yemeni government is keen to provide full support to access the humanitarian aid to the effected areas from the recently-ended war in the province.
