Yemen to partake in UNHRC 13th session

Yemen is to participate in the 13th session of the Human Rights Council (UNHRC) to be held in Geneva on March 1–26, Minister of Human Rights said Saturday. Human Rights Minister Huda al-Ban said, before flying to Geneva, that she would displayed the last-year achievements, the implemented recommendations of UNHRC Yemen has ratified during the session of the Universal Periodic Review (UPR).
During the UPR session held in Geneva last September, Yemen has ratified 125 recommendations, the minister said, adding that the UNHRC has approved the report Yemen presented on human rights
