VP receives GUAS's delegation

Vice President Abdu Rabo Mansour Hadi received here on Wednesday the General Union of Arab Students (GUAS)'s delegation ,currently visiting Yemen led by the Secretary-General of the union Nidal Ammar In the meeting, the secretary-general of the GUAS handed over a letter from the GUAS to President Ali Abdullah Saleh, included support of the union to the president's positions towards all challenges that threaten the security, unity and stability of Yemen.
Hadi discussed with the union's delegation the situation at the national scene from the different political, economic and security perspectives, affirming that Yemen has become better than it was in the past, especially the period before the reunification on May 22, 1990.
Moreover, Hadi noted that about 70 percent of Yemen populations are youth, a matter that enforces requirements on the field of work, employment of the education outputs and training the workers.He confirmed that Yemen's main problem is an economic, expressing his great hope to overcome the various challenges.For his part, the secretary-general of the GUAS affirmed the full solidarity of the union with Yemen against all forms of sabotage and terrorism acts, saying "The union considers Yemen's unity, security and stability a safety valve of the entire Arab nation".Ammar stressed that the GUAS is looking forward that Yemen's unity becomes the foundation stone of the Arab unity.
