Yemen - Kuwait Technical committee at the conclusion of its meetings in Sana'a on Sunday signed minutes in activating the memorandum of understanding on oil cooperation The two sides signed the practical steps and timetable for implementation. Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Ministries of oil in the two countries in 2003 cooperation in areas of exploration and production of oil and gas, minerals and the area of international relations, training and rehabilitation
