PM affirms need to follow best ways to raise administrative work efficiency

Prime Minister Ali Mujawar underlined on Wednesday the need to follow the best ways in the ministries and governmental institutions to increase the administrative work efficiency through achievements and following the decisions that are taken to put them into force.
Opening the expanded meeting of leaderships of the ministries, the governmental competent authorities and the Cabinet's Secretariat, Mujawar stressed the importance of recognizing the scientific concepts of the effective and real administrative work.He indicated the significance of developing the administration and training the human cadres in accordance with the latest administrative concepts to achieve the desired objectives, considering the modern administration a tool by which the state could achieve its goals and plans.On another hand, Mujawar affirmed the importance of evaluation repots on the activities of the ministries and the concerned authorities to know their progress in the procedures implementation and their efficiency in carrying out the remaining procedures.In this respect, the premier noted the government's keenness to present an annual report to the parliament on the results of its policies and actions implemented over the year to be assessed with full transparency and clarity."Due to that keenness of the government, an institutional and distinct relationship has been created with the parliament to be a supportive to the government and active in directing its performance …" Mujawar said.Moreover ,Mujawar revealed the government's intention to reconsider many institutions that do not have clear outputs and specified polices in their work, hailing at the same time the ministries and institutions that have proved high efficiency in responding both in decision-making or implementation.He added:" We will work in the future on honoring those institutions which interact with the decisions and the policies as well as the excellence in the state administrative body".Meanwhile, he pointed the responsibility of Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation in the follow-up of the assessment in accordance with the conventional standards.Furthermore, the premier reviewed the government's plans during the next year, affirming that it was able during the past period to achieve more than 35 per cent of the presidential electoral program.
