The cabinet approved Tuesday a republican project law to establish a reconstruction fund for war-victim areas of Saada.

The fund, to be based in Saada, aims to actively contribute to developing the governorate beside rebuilding what has been destroyed in the past few years through providing facilitations and loans to set up developmental, service and productive projects.

The cabinet formed a ministerial committee to reshuffle the project law, consider related notes and complete legal procedures to issue it.

It also formed another ministerial committee to evaluate damages caused in the governorate and define requirements needed for development works.<br>
