Yemen and UNICEF discussed here on Tuesday maternal and childhood programs seeking to decrease maternal and child mortality.

Minister of Public Health and Population Abdul-Karim Rase'a and the UNICEF Regional Director for the Middle East and North Africa Sigrid Kaag talked about supporting immunization and vaccination programs against infectious diseases.
The UNICEF efforts of the organization in sheltering Sa'ada displaced people were also reviewed.Rase'a praised the cooperation relations with the UNICEF along with other international organizations in exerting efforts for Sa'ada displaced people.
