Industrial survey pre-trial stage to be launch in December

The Central Statistical Organization (CSO) is to launch next December the pre-trial stage of the industrial inclusive survey throughout the country.
The statistic director general in the CSO, head of the survey technical team, Abdul-Gafar Muthana said that the all the arrangements for the survey are currently underway.The survey to be conducted in cooperation with Ministry of Industry and Trade during 2009 – 2010 targets counting all industrial facilities in terms of quality and quantities and prepare the country industrial map in addition to provide a new comprehensive database.The survey will assist in identifying the problems the industrial sector faces and promoting for establishing industrial projects, Muthana said.
