S. D.Fund adopts $ 10 million to projects in the affected areas in Hadhramaut

Social Development Fund adopted $ 10 million to rebuild and restore a number of projects in the Hadhramout province that had been affected by rains and floods experienced in the province last October. Mukalla Branch SDF Director Engineer Mohamed bin Mohammed al-Dailami in a statement to the Yemen News Agency (SABA) said that ,these projects including the reconstruction, restoration and equip a number of firms in sectors of education, health, environment, agriculture and cultural heritage.. The plan is to be implemented in each of the Districts of Saah, Al-qtn,, Horah Tarim, Wadi Al Ain Doan, Yeb-eth, Seiyoun Wadi Amd, and Mukalla.Among these projects are the establishment of protections and rehabilitation to a number of canals in each of Alhjerin, Al-qtn Maryameh, Thiby Seiyoun and Tarim Districts of floods as well as rehabilitation of water project in Al-qtn and wadi Heinnan. He continued, saying that the Fund has adopted a number of projects within the framework of its contributions to announce the city of Tarim the capital of Islamic culture in 2010 .
