The agricultural and economical benefits that is going to be provided by the project is being reviewed today in mukallla .
The project which is being by funded by the Arab Bank for Economic Development costing about thirty million dollars and it will benefit coastal areas of Hadhramaut. It will include in it the protection of land and water from erosion, degradation, introduction of a new crop patterns, development and improvement of livestock production in the Coastal Districts.Also l as the development of cash crops with comparative advantage, increasing branch of work and improve the income of agricultural workers so as to reduce migration from the countryside to the city and the construction of eight agricultural dams .
