TOEFL certificate in the English language is a requirement for scholarship

Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Saleh Ba-sorrah said, the certificate (TOEFL) in English language has become a prerequisite for scholarship to a Graduate students in need to study abroad.
Also noted the keenness of the Ministry of Higher Education and
Scientific Research to implement the training programs for students on
scholarships and also the employees of the ministry in the field of
information technology and languages to keep up with modern
developments.He pointed out that, the budget of the President Salah continues to
implement its projects till 2014 and amounted alocated for this is
more than ten million dollars.from her part, the director of President Al-saaleh Program in the
Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Najat
Al-wojra, said the program coordinator in the ministry Mohamed Gouda
said the program aimed at developing the institutional capacities of
the students on scholarships to study abroad and the development of
institutional capacity of the Ministry of Higher Education and
Scientific Research.
Al -wojra indicated the importance and the quality of the program
in raising the performance level of staff and students on scholarships
