President meets youths of Radfan districts

President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Saturday participants in the youth forum for Radfan districts ( al-Habilin, al-Malah, Halmin and Habil Jabar) of Lahj governorate,
which is organized by the ministry of sports and youth for four days.In the meeting, president Saleh delivered a speech in which he expressed sadness for the criminal incident which resulted in killing three innocents in the governorate, saying that the people behind this crime want to damage reputation of Radfan citizens
Citizens of Radfan are revolutionists of 26 September and 14th October revolutions, president Saleh said. He added that the separatists are not only in Radfan, al-Dhali, Lahj or Abyan, but they are in Saada, Sana'a and other governorates. He said that there are plots against the nation and its unity from the people who did the same plots in 1994. In his speech, president Saleh also affirmed important role of youths to enhance the development process in the country, calling on any one has political or personal issue for dialogue and don’t mishandle security of the nation. Early Friday, separatists killed three people in the Radfan district, Lahj, while they were on their way to their store in al-Askariaya district, the state-run 26sep.net has reported. All three were sweets dealers coming from al-Qabaitah district when they were intercepted by separatist bandits at the Habeel Jabr area. A prosecutor said that preliminary investigations revealed that the bandits shot dead a father along with his two sons and son-in-law. The father, one of his sons and son-in-low were killed immediately and the other son was seriously injured. A local government official said the killer has been identified as Ali Saif, a wanted separatist, adding a hunt for him has been launched.
