Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Ibtihaj al-Kamal and the director of the UNICEF'S Emergency Cash Transfer Project Cherine Farki discussed here on Saturday the implementation of new phases of the WB-financed project.
The project targets one million and a half vulnerable people across Yemen.
Al-Kamal underscored the importance of the project for it benefits a broad section of the society suffering poverty and
misery as a result of the war.
She cited the provinces still suffering a living crisis and war waged by the Houthis, mainly Hodeidah, Dhale'a and other
provinces.
