SANA'A, Oct. 29 (Saba)- Khalid Bahah, Minster of Oil and Minerals,
headed Sunday for Saudi Arabia to participate in the Ninth Arab
Conference forMineral Wealth scheduled to be held on 30th of October in
Jeddah.
Upon his departure, Bahah said that the three-day conference aims at bettering investment climate to attract Arab and foreign countries to invest in mining sector which contribute in improving Arab's national income and reducing unemployment rate.
He added that a consultative meeting for participating Arab ministers on the importance of improving Arab mining investments will be held on the sideline of the conference
He said that the Yemen's delegation will present a paper on the geological survey and mineral explorations in Yemen as well as other
papers on indictors of ground minerals in boarder areas between Yemen and Saudi Arabia.
