- The Director-General of the district of Tarim and head
of the local council Mr. Mohammed Brek al-Tamimi, acquainted with the activities and events of Al-kaff charitable Center in Ass-heil area in tarim city for training and rehabilitation of women.
On his visit he listened to Mr. Saleh Ramadan Ba-awwadhan Incharge of the center to the details and explanation on the activities as well as events that are taking place in the center in the field of sewing, embroidery, handicrafts, hairdressing, computer and home economics in addition to English language education.
The Director-General praised the efforts of of those who oversee such activities and their contribution to the center beside the State in the rehabilitation of women, particularly the donor Mr.Ahmed Abubakar Bin Sadiq Al-kaff - the founder of the Center, noting that this is not strange to the people of the city of Educationist, history and education in giving to charity providing it free of charge.
The number of graduates from the center since it started its activities in 2004 till today is approximately 960 women and the number of students in the center now is about 120 women from all area of of Tarim and its environs in addition to Tareba in the district of Seyoun

In a statement to the "Sites for Hadhramaut province," Mr.,Saleh Ramadan Ba-awedhan in charge of Al-kaff Charity Center for training and rehabilitation of women explained that the purpose of the Center is to contribute in poverty alleviation through community rehabilitation and training the poor families , marketing their products and reduce unemployment among women, The center also give housewives technical , professional leadership , development of social awareness , Islamic culture, health training for women through seminars, lectures and publications in print .
