Head of Geological and Minerals Survey Authority
Dr. Ismael Nasser al Janad held talks on Thursday with Deputy Executive Director of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) Balanaba Mohammed Abdul Razaq, over preparation of an economic feasiblity study to set-up a railway for mineral transportation in Yemen.
The meeting, which was held in Lebanese capital Beirut, also dealt with the topics of implementing and developing a strategy for the minerals sector in the country, training as well as technical support for stone manufacturing complexes project
