Yemeni-Greek investment, trade cooperation discussed

Minister of Industry and Trade Yahya al-Mutawakel held
talks here on Monday with the non-resident ambassador of Greece to Yemen Dimitrios Letsios on enhancing the commercial and investment cooperation between the two countries.Al-Mutawakel confirmed the importance of exchanging visits between the Yemeni and Greek businessmen to develop the economic and investment relations.He also affirmed the necessity to reinforce the commercial exchange and encourage the Greek companies to invest in Yemen in field of oil, marine transfer and industrial and free zones.The two officials called for establishing joint companies and create cooperation between the commerce chambers of both countries, voicing the importance of supporting Yemeni steps to join to World Trade Organization
