President Saleh receives letter from Sarkozy

President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Friday a written letter from the President of France Nicolas Sarkozy.
The letter dealt with mutual cooperation ties between the two countries and horizons of boosting and improving them.
The
French President hailed the significant level of relations between his
country and Yemen based on the confidence and partnership, confirming
France's keenness to strengthen these relations in various fields.
Sarkozy
praised also the fruitful results of the last visit of his Foreign
Minister Bernard Kouchner to Yemen, mentioning it is an evidence for
both countries' efforts to enhance their joint cooperation fields.
In his letter, He also expressed aspiration to exchange discussions with President Saleh during his planned visit to France.
Sarkozy
congratulated Saleh on his birthday, wishing him further health,
happiness and for the Yemeni people progress and prosperity.
