Speaker of Yemen parliament Yahya al-Raie left Thursday for the Omani capital Muscat to participate in meetings of the 15th session of the Arab Parliamentary Union Oman is hosting on 7-9 of this month.
Al-Raie stated that Yemen speech in the session would stress the importance of encouraging Arab businessmen to invest inside the member states and to raise the average of the balance of trade exchange and cultural cooperation among the countries of the parliamentary union in addition to the emphasis on exerting efforts for healing the Arab rift.
Speaker of the Yemen parliament, who is leading the Yemeni delegation to attend the conference, also said h would discuss a number of issues concerning the Arab and Islamic nation particularly the Palestinian issue. He added he would discuss developmental economic issues of the Union’s countries and review of challenges impeding the work of the Arab union so that to reach a unified Arab vision for facing those challenges.
