President Ali Abdullah Saleh returned Sana'a early on Sunday after ending an Asian tour taking him to Syria, Russia, Tajikistan and Indonesia.During his visit, President Saleh discussed with the countries' leaders ways of enhancing relations between Yemen and their countries in various fields.Moreover, they reviewed the latest regional and international developments, particularly the situation in Palestine and the Israeli occupation aggression against the Palestinian people in Gaza, Arab Peace Initiative and the developments in the Horn of Africa and the International efforts to combat piracy. In statement to Saba, the President expressed his satisfaction with the results of his tour, saying the talks' results with his counterparts were fruitful to serve the joint interests of Yemen and their countries.Saleh affirmed Yemen's keenness on strengthening cooperation with their countries in various fields of policy, economy, investment, culture and military.He clarified the point of views were identical with all the visited countries towards the international efforts to peacemaking process, combating piracy and terrorism.President left the Indonesian capital, Jakarta, on Sunday afternoon after holding talks with the Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono over bilateral relations of joint cooperation between the two countries as well as the last regional and international developments.
