President Ali Abdullah Saleh issued on Wednesday a decree No. 04 for 2009 concerning the

establishment of Military Housing Fund.The Fund aims to provide the security and military forces' individuals with housing units at cost prices and paid by installment system. The individuals can also get loans from the Fund for housing purposes.
