Int'l Cooperation Minister heads for Tunisia

Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Mohammed al-Sa'adi headed on Monday for Tunisia to participate in the annual meeting of Arab Financial Institutions to be held soon. The meetings will discuss support mechanisms and the activities of Arab financial institutions that make loans and oversee the countries' grants to implement development projects, al-Sa'adi said upon his departure.
He said that, during the meeting, some agreements to carry out development projects will be singed with a number of Arab funds, including Saudi and Kuwaiti Funds.
Later, he will take part in the "Spring Meeting", which is to be held in Washington, in addition.
Moreover, the Minister will hold meetings with officials of some Arab development funds, including Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD), Qatar Fund for Development, Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) and the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID).
The meetings would address the challenges Yemen faces and the high-expensive requirements of the next stage to implement the outcomes of the national dialogue, al-Sa'adi said.
