Today, Mr. Salem Ahmed Al-Khanbashi, Member of the Presidential Leadership Council and Governor of Hadhramaut, issued Circular No. (11) of 2026 regarding the implementation of the Minister of Human Rights� Decision No. (4) of 2026, which entails the appointment of a coordinator and an assistant for the Ministry of Human Rights in Hadhramaut Coast.

The circular issued by the Member of the Presidential Leadership Council and Governor of Hadhramaut (Circular No. 11 of 2026) stipulates the appointment of Mr. Hisham Hussein Salem Al-Kaf as Coordinator for the Ministry of Human Rights in Hadhramaut Coast.
The circular also stipulates the appointment of Mr. Shaker Ali Ahmed Duman as Assistant to the Coordinator of the Ministry of Human Rights in Hadhramaut Coast.
The circular states that this decision shall take effect from the date of its issuance, and directs all concerned and relevant authorities to take the necessary measures for its implementation.
