Yemen, Oxfam talk on cooperation issues

Yemen and Oxfam discussed here on Monday the cooperation issues and ways of strengthening and developing it so as to serve the common interests of the two sides.
This came during a meeting gathered Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr. Mohammed Al-Sa'adi with the Regional Director, Middle East, Eastern Europe, Commonwealth Of Independent States at Oxfam Olga Ghazaryan.
The two sides reviewed the progress in the projects and programs being implemented by Oxfam in Yemen, as well as the evaluation of the organization's performance and activities.
They also discussed ways to enhance the cooperation between Yemen and the organization to support the implementation of the national dialogue conference (NDC) outcomes. Al-Sa'adi affirmed that the government accounts on a real partnership with civil society organizations to contribute to supporting the implementation of the NDC outcomes, noting to the pivotal role of the Yemeni women in supporting the political process in Yemen.
In return, Ghazaryan confirmed the Oxfam's keenness to continue to provide all available aspects of support for Yemen to prop up the organization's activities in Yemen.
