President Ali Abdullah Saleh is to receive a letter from his Iranian counterpart Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on the latest developments in the Gaza Strip. The state-run 26september weekly quoted on Thursday well-informed sources as saying that the letter would be handed over to President Saleh by Iranian Interior Minister Sadeq Mahsuli. The sources added that the Iranian official would visit Sana'a next week, pointing out that the letter would include the issues of common concern and ways to develop the bilateral cooperation between the two countries in various areas. "The latest situations in Gaza and means of coordinating the two countries' efforts to stop the Israeli aggression against Palestinians in Gaza will be included in Ahmadinejad's letter to President Saleh", said the sources
