Tender committee for Wadi hadhramaut and Sahraa Affairs headed by Deputy Governor Omaier Mbarak Omaier today Awarded the construction tender to build in Seiyoun the Bakathir center for cultural development at a cost of 97million,606 thousens and 176 riyals.
The project is located on an area of 580 square meters made up of two floors
ground consists of a large hall and its facilities. First floor consist of offices and its facilities. The project is expected to finish in one year from the day of signing the work contract work and does not exceed 15 days from the date of awarding the tender.
