Social Fund for Development - Hadhramout, Al-mahara and Shabwa signed agreement today imn Mukalla city to finance the rehabilitation of canals in agricultural areas of Mayfa'a area in Broum District.
This rehabilitation project includes the implementation, rehabilitation of the canals filtering and cleaning dust, restoration of gates, protect channels from erosion and maintenance of the project The project of rehabilitating the the agricultural canal will cost $ 300 thousand. Hadhramaut Governor Khalid Said Al-deini called on Mayfa'a citizens and residents to take advantage of these local development project offer in their areas. He advised them to have interest, especially in the agricultural activity, provide services to farmers, contribute to the success of literacy programs and to meet the basic needs of citizens.
