Training course on basic principles of project management and control of projects started today in Mukalla city. I

The session with 105 Participants will run for three days. The trainees are architects and civilians coming from Hadhramout , Al-mahra and Shabwa Governorates. They will be receiving over the three days knowledge about the basic principles of project management, network planning, critical path, the concept of quality in construction projects and the role of consultants in projects run by the fund, the stage setup and configuration prior to delivery and after delivery, reasons and causes for order changing and how to overcome and may other item During the opening session, the Assistant Undersecretary Mohammed Saeed Ba-gutmi stressed on such quality courses taking place now and then. They are are designed to give the experience and capabilities of such a significant class of Engineers. Noting that Yemen in the will witness many future will witness many development of projects in the sphere of the Yemeni blessed union and under the leadership of His Excellency President Ali Abdullah Saleh. Mukalla Fund Director General Engineer / Mohamed bin Mohammed al-Dailami clarified that since the beginning of 2004, the Fund already carried out several rehabilitation programs, whereby it benefited more than 420 engineers, contractors and resident technicians. These programs were in the framework of the Fund institutional structure. The aim of it was and is to build capacity through training of contractors, engineers, technicians, civil society organizations and governmental bodies that are related to the work of the Fund in addition to financial support for civil society organizations and some Government offices.
