Reconstruction Fund has  signed the rebuilding for the areas affected by floods in governorates of Hadramout and Mahra recently , funding for the construction of 100 houses that were were damaged completely by the disastrous rains and floods that swept through two provinces late October of last year 2008. The reconstruction will cost more than 189 million riyals. The Reconstruction fund director in Seiyoun Mr. Jamal Ahmed Bamakhrama told the Yemen newa agency Saba that "those houses are distributed in the departments of Saah al-suum, Al-qatn and Shibam, including 13 houses, the owners reconsturcted their houses , with thier own efforts and is already self-funding without the intervention. The Reconstruction Fund was already adopted as a cost to meet safety standards Assembly, where the percentage of completion about 90%
