Aden University rector Dr. Abdul-Aziz Bin Habtoor met here on Tuesday with head of
African Development Center for African-Yemeni Studies Abdullah Saeed al-Bojra.The meeting dealt with ways of cooperation between the two sides in the scientific and research areas as well as organizing symposium and exchanging doctors to study conditions of Yemeni migrants to Africa, East Asia and the Arabian Gulf.The meeting also reviewed possibilities of establishing a center to study the migration to East Asia and Africa in cooperation with the African Center and Aden University. Dr. Bin Habtoor affirmed the depth of historical and cultural relations that tie Yemen with the African Horn countries as well as the significance of promoting the relations between Aden University with Nairobi and Dar es Salaam universities.
Aden University rector also awarded the African Center head with the University's medal in recognition of his high scientific position and his role in deepening cultural ties between Yemen and Africa.
