The researcher, Lutfi Abdel-Harith Abdel-Halim Al-Shakoor, obtained a master's degree in Jurisprudence and its origins from the Faculty of Postgraduate Studies at Al-Ahgaff University, Department of Jurisprudence and its origins, for his thesis titled (The approach to dealing with the preferred opinions in the four schools of thought).
The discussion and judgment committee consisted of:
1- Dr. Al-Mu'tasim Billah Ismail Abdouh Al-Suleiman, Assistant Professor at the Shafi'i College of Jurisprudence,
International Islamic Sciences University, Amman - Jordan (chairman and external examiner)
2 - Dr. Mustafa bin Hamid bin Sumait, Head of the Department of Jurisprudence and its Principles at the Faculty of
Postgraduate Studies, Al-Ahgaff University (internal examiner).
3- Dr. Abdullah Abdul Qadir Al-Aidarous Professor of Jurisprudence and its Principles at the Faculty of Sharia and Law, Al-
Wasatiya University (supervisor).
The student, Lutfi Abdel-Harith, is one of the students who graduated from the Faculty of Sharia and Law, and he is
Indonesia. His thesis received good praise from the examiners who enriched it with discussion and observations.
