Rural water workers training course started in Hadramout

A training course in management capacities development field for the
workers in the main rural water projects started on Sunday in
Hadramout. The five-day course, which is organized by the
General Authority for Rural Water and funded by UNICEF, aims to develop
the managerial and accounting capabilities of 30 trainees from ten
water projects for managing water projects in a better way and securing
its continuity . Upon opening the course, deputy of Hadramout
governorate for Valley and Desert Affairs Fahd al-A'ajam pointed out
the significance of these courses in helping the participants to depend
on themselves to manage the water projects with regards to the
financial, administrative and accounting aspects. He urged the
participants to avail from the knowledge and information they will
receive during the course to develop their practical abilities. For
his part, General Director of General Authority for Rural Water in
Valley and Desert Mohammed Al-Kaf indicated that the authority will
carry out two courses during the coming period in the same field
targeting 30 projects of rural water in the valley.
