Al-Hajarin city approved to be historical and culture protectorate

SANA'A, Dec. 19 (Saba)- The Cabinet approved on Tuesday announcement of
al-Hajarin city in Hadhramout governorate to be historical and cultural protectorate.
The Cabinet formed a committee headed by the governor of Hadhramout to protect cultural heritage of the city and adopted it as one of the historical cities at national level.
On the other hand, the Cabinet discussed a set of measures to protect Zabid city which is in the list of international heritage cities thatare in danger.
The Cabinet agreed on formation a team from specialists to save the city from damages.
