The General Federation of Football approved to postpone the start of the first division, which was scheduled to begin on Thursday, November 22, 2012, as well as the second division, which was scheduled to start on Thursday, December 6, 2012 . And , this is because of the dispute between the clubs and the Ministry of Youth and Sports on financial allocations and clubs claim to lift the financial allocations (100%). Also , the Football Association canceled the AGM , which was scheduled for Monday, November 19, which was intended to discuss and approve the list of season 2012/2013 and periodically draw the first and second league . As well as review and approve the financial and administrative report of the Federation of football season 2011/2012 and Union plan for the new football season 2012/2013 .
Football Federation confirmed that it will delay the date of the new football season until the problem is resolved between the clubs and the Ministry of Youth . Expressing the regret at the same time the negative reflection of these repercussions on the agenda of the season 2012/2013 . Where , the Union was seeking for the start of the season in early crisis , but clubs and the Ministry of Youth prevented that.
